The role is responsible for Equipment Package Ownership (full lifecycle – Engineering Design, Build, Testing (FAT), Installation and Commissioning), including experience in commissioning and qualification of process equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in upstream / downstream / Central services process operation, (experience in equipment design for process equipment will be an advantage).
• Responsible for basic and detailed design, commissioning and qualification activities, including URS development, FAT, SAT, DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ.
• Review industry practices for best-in-class approach.
• Ensure that the appropriate Quality standards are applied consistent with best practice and internal Quality Standards and expectations.
• Engage with project teams to deliver the project from conceptual through implementation phase, encompassing support for a wide range of engineering and construction requirements.

About You:

• Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent with at least 5 years' experience in a process engineering role or similar role with a biologics manufacturing plan
• At least 2-5 years of relevant working experience in the Pharmaceutical / Biologics manufacturing industry with experience in Process Engineer
• In Biologics industry with understanding of cGMP requirement
• Should have Design experience at various stages of project (Base, Detailed design)
• Preferably handling the Autoclave, Glove box, CIP Skid during project phase
• Able to support Installation, Commissioning & Qualification activity at site.

Responsibilities

· Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of technical projects from initiation to completion.

· Handle projects that involve complex technical components, integration of systems or technologies.

Requirements

· Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role, successfully delivering complex technical projects.

· Strong technical background and expertise in a specific domain, such as software development and IT infrastructure

Overview

As a Project Coordinator, you would work closely with clients to schedule, plan, monitor, forecast, resource and manage all the project activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. You will be involved in getting shop-drawings approved and proposed rectifications on any defects found. You will ensure that the documentation system is always up to date and in line with ISO guidelines and customers expectation.

Responsibilities

1) Work closely between Singapore and Malaysia Plant to ensure smooth delivery of materials and precast components at sites.

2) Work closely with cross department team to ensure information and issues are clearly defined and resolved.

3) Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.

4) Attend site meetings, feedback on sites progress and schedules, justify defects components and arrange for rectification, pre-delivery and post-delivery activities, etc.

5) Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.

6) Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.

7) Plan, manage and coordinate projects to ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget and of highest quality.

8) Liaise with the client, consultant, vendors, subcontractors and other relevant parties on field / factory inspection issues pertaining to the quality and project issues.

9) Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistances and technical support.

• Claims – employee claims allocation to correct cost centre. One employee has cost allocate between 3-5 cost centre

• Vendor payments – (1) Batch payment in Singapore Dollars, (2) Ad hoc payment in Foreign currency, (3) Staff

Expense Claims

• Vendor email communications/request

• Accruals for vendors missing invoices (if any) to ensure expenses are accrued in correct period

General Finance /Administrative

• Weekly Bank reconciliation – need to check all AR/AP/receipts details and attach relevant documents.

• Open letter box – distribute letters to respective staff and Office Stationery Order Purchase
