• Analyse current and future business needs and recommend new initiatives and processes to ensure continuous improvements in team’s objectives, productivity and development
• Partner with leaders and line managers to provide thought and solutions in day-to-day people matters and long-term organisation plans in the following domains: recruitment planning, career planning, talent management, learning and development, coaching, compensation and rewards, employee relations, recognition programs, and strategic development
• Ensure high level of employee engagement through effective monitoring of the “pulse” of the employees
• Manage complex HR initiatives at both hands-on and strategic levels to deliver best-in-class HR programs
• Manage employee relations and performance-related discussions and challenges with relevant teams and leaders
• Champion and incorporate our culture and values in all aspects of our work
• Manage a team of high performing individuals to achieve and execute business plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of HR related experience in preferably technology or internet industry. Out of which, some experience in a HR Business Partnering role is required
• Experience in partnering with Regional teams is required
• Experience in managing a team of functional experts to deliver projects and business needs
• Strong ability to apply strategic thinking to quickly evaluate situations, combining strong business judgement and people intuition to reach well-founded decisions
• Ability to work at pace while maintaining close attention to detail and high standards
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment

Responsibilities

The IT project manager will be responsible to ensure overall success of IT projects in the aspects of timing of delivery, budget, meeting business requirements and complying with governance framework.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have the following:

1. Completed tertiary education in relevant IT sectors.

2. At least 3 years of work experience in IT in project management on government projects.

3. Possess CITPM (Certified ICT Project Management Programme) or PMP (Project Management Professional) or COMIT (Certification in Outsourcing Management for IT) or any equivalent certification

4. Hands-on experience in full project development life cycles

5. Knowledge of Singapore Authority procurement and governance processes, including data security policies

6. Team player with project management and people management skills

7. Proven working experience with consultancy, SI or vendor companies is preferred.

Job Description

● Design and develop efficient thermal management solution for electric vehicles batteries
● Conduct CFD simulations to optimize the fin structures to enhance the thermal performance of cold plates
● Collaborate with manufacturing team to establish micro-forming technologies for the complex features in cold plates
● Conduct test-bedding of the proposed battery cooling solutions
● Communicating with various stakeholders and liaising with other project teams

Qualifications

● PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
● Experience in prototyping and experimental work about heat transfer and fluid flow
● Proficiency in CFD analysis using commercial software such as ANSYS FLUENT
● Able to work independently and as a team
● Good communication skills in English

THE ROLE – Business Development Manager

Hegen offers passionate and goal-oriented Business Development Manager the opportunity to develop and expand on new business accounts at Hegen. Responsibilities:

• Strategically develop the Business Development and Partnerships roadmap for Hegen by understanding the corporate and B2B partners, including identifying new & potential relationships
• Develop standard proposal deck to promote Hegen’s products and services to potential partners
• Drive business growth, both in terms of greater brand awareness, market penetration and/or commercial sales, through acquiring new strategic brand partners or corporate partners
• Understand and co-create the partnership strategies, including a framework for partnership models between Hegen and other industry players across different categories and sectors
• Oversee the execution of the partnership in areas of marketing, fulfilment, finance, etc and improve operational efficiencies where applicable
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential partners/clients, reaching out and building good relations with all stakeholders
• Maintain a strong understanding of the brand and identify new opportunities in new channels or businesses
• Assess the performance of the partnerships or corporate business through the implementation of business growth-related metrics
• Monitor and evaluate market trends that would impact business growth strategies
• Drive and develop business dealings from its existing or potential clients in Singapore.
• To develop and be responsible for the budget for Business Development and Partnerships.
• Develop, execute and lead complex strategic plans to achieve Hegen’s business objectives
• Managing Business Development Executive(s) – coaching and developing

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a business development/partnerships/corporate sales function

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be a key member of a tight-knit, high-performance business development team responsible for pitching and winning new business.
• Daily levels of proactive outreach activity presenting opportunities such as cold calling to partner with Fairmart.
• Owning and maintaining a consistent pipeline, to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Drafting outreach templates and proposals to convert pipelines into sales.
• Maintaining records to provide transparency on all sales activities via the CRM.
• Passionately representing Fairmart and resolving customer objections.
• Negotiating partnership pricing to ensure business objectives are achieved.
