The incumbent will lead a team to execute Singapore LNG capital projects, from the establishment of contract strategy, through tendering for and management of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts to handover of the completed projects to the SLNG Operations team. This position requires a candidate who has the necessary project management experience to manage the delivery of major EPC projects, preferably in the Oil and Gas industries. The incumbent will lead a multi-discipline project management team having overall responsibility as the Owner’s representative during the engineering, procurement and construction of all projects.

• Single point accountability for delivery of the assigned projects.
• As Owner’s representative, managing all contractors to ensure projects are executed in line with the SLNG and contract HSSE, quality, technical integrity, operability, cost and schedule objectives, including initiating and enforcing any corrective measures to improve performance.
