The Digital Supervising Producer, APAC is responsible for co-leading a dynamic international digital team tasked with creating audio and visual content for CNBC.com and its other digital platforms. · Assist in resolving all queries pertaining to orders through communications with WSI cross-functional partners, including Customs, Transportation, Freight Forwarder, Sourcing and QA

Reporting and analysis

· Generate reports as needed.

· Perform analysis of shipment timing to support monthly revenue forecast.

Other responsibilities

· Attend cross-functional calls with Global merchants and Franchise partners.

· Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Candidate must possess a tertiary qualification with 1- 2 years of retail experience in a Merchandising and/or Purchasing role

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and strong in analytical skills

· Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong follow through

· Strong organizational skills & ability to multi-task

· Demonstrate sense of urgency & ability to seek-out solutions

· Superior written, communication & listening skills

• Work as the owner of tender document management to cover end to end bidding document
• preparation, align with GTM, SA and Legal teams
• Work with Account owner to establish the bidding schedule, task allocation, tracking progress until the tender submitted
• Work with lead SA to structure proposal, work out task sheet together with SA and to allocate the relevant works to solution, product, delivery, commercial and legal teams
• Act as resource management and monitor the tender documentation completion, quality and compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Economics/Trade Law/Business or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Bidding, Contract Management and Operations
• Prior experience from Tech/Software industry
• Able to be effective in coordination, teamwork and communication
• Able to be able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines

• Conduct cycle count by comparing physical stock take to the system and highlight and address abnormality.
• Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure they can be reconciled.
• Determine and make provision for slow moving & obsolete stocks in store.
• Tracking of near expiry stocks and highlight to MD .
• Manage reconciliation of damage stocks and aging stocks.
• Manage store transfer and stock adjustment effectively.
• Review the workflow and liaise with the respective department to in place preventive measures to reduce stock loss.
• Resolve any inventory issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare & Submit Weekly Inventory Report to MD
• Assist on internal and external annual audit stock take
• Other Ad Hoc projects or responsibilities as required.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Must be able to work night shift or split shift
• Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
