Responsibilities

• Assist in capturing details of company’s overseas trips in the database in a timely manner for business continuity, reporting and business review purposes.
• Draft non-sensitive approval papers for overseas trips.
• Urgent collection and return of travel documents.
• Prepare Grab statements for divisions.
• Liaise with Grab for onboarding and offboarding of Grab users.
• Verify non-sensitive invoices in NFS.
• Follow-up with users for acceptance of goods/services.
• Assist in drafting of catering AORs

Requirements

• Diploma in Finance/Accounting
• Min. 2 years relevant experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Transportation of paperwork, goods and material
• Support store operations
• Receive and review orders during project mobilisation and demobilisation
• Support in ad hoc support in company implementation (e.g. Biometric Registration)
• Inspect and monitor quality standards of cleaning chemical, equipment / tools
• Perform asset tagging to ensure accountability of equipment

Requirements

• Hands-On Physical work required
• Driving company lorry (manual)
• Working hours: 8am to 8pm (Monday to Saturday)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the project manager with on and off site meeting pertaining to the technical issues
• Responsible for submission of Architectural samples, shops drawing and other related documents to the consultants or authorities
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during course of construction of project
• Proven problem solving and achievements work progress according to the work schedule
• Site supervision and able to coordinate well with sub-contractors, RE and RTO

Requirements:

• Candidate must at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Min 2 year relevant experience in the related field for this position
• Be able to work independently with minimum guidance

The scope of work for Project Manager / Operation Manager is as follows:-

• Manage the EUC and the migration project teams

• Create & manage project plans for EUC and migration teams

• Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress

• Align project objectives and make sure the project team is clear on objectives

• Guide the project team with the provisioning and migration tasks

• Lead process of issue identification and resolution

• Manage risk tracking process

• Monitor and manage project scope

• Manage all project documentation

• Work on multiple project teams within the organization

• Foster partnerships with customers, stakeholders and sponsors

• Communication language: English & Mandarin.

• Preference is someone who had worked or handled public sector projects
