• Executing mechanical design at customer site for chemical and slurry system projects
• System project design including P&ID, payout design, piping drawing, equipment internal piping layout
• Responsible for new project in process optimization, operational support, and improvement
• Creation of related documents e.g. HAZOP/FMEA, drawing, SOP, build document OMM
• Execution of on-site installation work, management of subcontractor team.
• Troubleshooting of chemical systems by identifying root cause and suggest improvement plan.
• Implement system functional test with flushing, sampling for system qualification (FAT & SAT).

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Chemical engineering field
• Knowledge in process design, project management skills
• Understanding of P&ID, process chart, flow or pressure calculation for chemical & slurry system
• Willing to work overtime when required
• Proficient in MS office, Project, AutoCAD skill
