The Management trainee will be trained to assist Retail Manager on managing the store, and the specific duties and responsibilities consist of but are not limited to the following:

• Daily store operations, handling of operational and customer’s issues.
• Managing of store’s duty roster to ensure sufficient staffing during store’s operating hours.
• Managing of sales staffs and promoters to ensure adherence to our company’s policies and procedures, ensure targets are being achieved and take corrective action if targets are not met.
• To achieve budgeted sales and gross profit of the store.
• To assist Manager in budgeting and regular performance review of sales staffs, and to coach under-performing staffs as and when required.
• Conduct sales, service and product briefing for sales team on a regular basis.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline
• Min 2 years’ experience in retail
• No experience required but keen to explore retail
• Good Customer management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working at Changi Airport on retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Passionate and self-motivated

Job Responsibilities :

• Handling of cash with the aid of cash sorting machine
• Moving of cash boxes / cash bags / coin boxes from time to time
• Packing of cash into boxes / containers / cartridges
• No fronting of customers / clients

Job Requirements :

• No experience is required and training will be provided
• Will be required to move cash load of 5-9kg

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all M&E works on-site, ensuring alignment with the construction program and project schedule.
• Liaise with the civil and structural engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of M&E systems.
• Coordinate with the design team, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that project specifications are adhered to.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the substation projects.
• Ensure compliance with M&E design drawings and statutory requirements.
• Ensure that all substation construction and installations meet the regulatory and operational standards specific to substations.
• Supervise the electrical installation works within substations, ensuring the work is done in accordance with approved safety procedures and risk assessments.
• Manage M&E contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that all work is performed in line with contract requirements and project goals.
• Evaluate the performance of contractors and vendors, ensuring quality and timely completion of tasks.

Requirement:

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent
• At least 5 – 6 years of relevant M&E construction management experience in the civil construction industries.
• Must have experience in Substations
• Able to start work immediately / within short notice
