Skillsets and Requirements:

• Diploma Business / Interior Design or equivalent
• Relevant experience in business development in the interior design industry
• Experience in retail/commercial renovation and fit out highly preferred
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Good market research skills with good industrial knowledge in the interior design industry
• A motivated, energetic and driven individual who is result oriented and determined to achieve KPIs

Responsibilities:

• Overall management for the project with respect to contractual, budget, resources, design, procurement, construction, quality and safety.
• Lead the project team for the implementation and execution of works and ensure project completion on time.
• Estimation, establishing the budget and on-going project cost monitoring
• Liaise closely with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractor.
• Conduct regular site safety meeting and to implement safe site working condition and environment control measure.
• Review method of statement and check drawing discrepancies
• Review project specifications and technical clarifications
• Supervise project team members and sub-contractors to take positive actions and accountability for their assigned work and complete their works on time as per agreed
• Mentor and train Project Engineers.
• Any other works and task deem necessary

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree
• Min. 5 years of experience
• Strong leadership
• Relevant experience is key criteria, ACMV experiences will be advantageous
