• Assist in (i) the design and development of software solutions for Building Managment System (BMS) including chiller systems, HVAC, security, fire alarm and etc, (ii) preparation of P&ID diagram related to the chiller system and its BMS, and (iii) In writing, debugging and testing of the code to control and integrate with the existing BMS system
• Collaborate with engineering team to gather requirements and specification of BMS
• Develop and maintain manuals of the developed BMS system including codes, logic diagrams and system configurations
• Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy-related Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in the development of BMS for chiller plants
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

Job Purpose

The Project Coordinator (Site) shall assist and support the Senior Manager in coordinating and monitoring and arranging the site projects on-going, communicating between the office, workers, subcontractors and clients on site. Provide timely updates and suggestions to Senior Manager for timely implementations to ensure work efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

· Arrange and task ground staff with instruction from Office to support site executions on projects.

· Control and Maintains project schedules by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems in specific to manpower and materials / tools needed.

· Support in sourcing project material, tools, and equipment to support the start and during the course of the projects.

· Account and maintain the inventory of material, tools, and equipment of the projects before/during/after.

· Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.

· Acts as safety ground coordinator to ensure safety awareness and maintenance of the ground staff.

Key Job Purpose

As a member of the grant admin/ management team the role is on grant management in providing support and integrated administrative and management requirements of funding awards secured through NEWRI’s cohort of faculty PIs/collaborators. This includes budgeting, expense review and budget reporting as well as developing and implementing compliance programs and working closely with different processing departments researchers and PIs including external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting grant funding management, ensure effective controls are developed and maintained to assure the integrity of the university and funding agency.
• Develop and design a relevant manpower due process application, ideas and solutions to where established policies and procedures could improve to over manpower related discrepancies and promote efficiency and effectiveness
• Supporting grant management team in financial management and budgeting methods, policies, procedures, systems, and practices to assess the financial capability of the respective project.
• Support grant management team in assessing, evaluating, managing and monitoring funding for compliance with NTU, NEWRI and funding agency regulations, policies and procedures
