Requirements

1.15 Diploma or Degree in Project Administration/Management from a recognized Institution/University, or related work experience.

1.16 Min. 2 years working experience in similar position.

1.17 Fresh graduates will be considered.

1.18 Preferably have M&E/construction experiences.

1.19 Computer literacy in MS office.

1.20 Excellent oral, written communication skills, and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of data analytics strategy for a client organisation, and provide team leadership as well as guidance and coaching to a Data & AI delivery squad.
• Client-facing interaction including providing analyses, recommendations, presentations and advice to clients.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams that combine technical, business and data science competencies to deliver work in both waterfall or agile software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Oversee team management including budgets, forecasting, work allocations and staffing.
• Demonstrate an acute ability in project risks and issue management, and provide guidance on key project and design decisions in project steering committee meetings.
• Build a team of high performing, motivated and committed data analytics professionals as part of practice-building and centre management leadership role.

Requirement:

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree required in related field; strong preference for fields of study in the engineering, computer science, statistics or analytics
• More than 10 years of experience leading an Analytics consulting team OR experience with leading one or more MNCs through the journey to becoming a data-driven organization. OR
• More than 10 years of experience implementing a broad range of Analytics/Business Intelligence projects such as: Data Governance and Management, visualizing KPIs on business dashboards, applying advanced analytics/data science techniques to realize business values
• The right candidate will need to have hands-on experience with one or more of the following Analytics technology stacks as well as familiarity with a broad range of solutions for visualization, advanced analytics, data ingestion/transformation, storage and hosting and willingness to learn new ones on the job.
• Data Management & Storage: Talend, Denodo, Alation, Oracle Data Warehousing, IBM InfoSphere, Microsoft SQL Server, Hortonworks Data Platform, Cloudera, MinIO
• Data Visualisation: Qlik, Neo4j, Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise, IBM Cognos, MicroStrategy, SAS etc
• Statistical/Data Science Tools: H2O.ai, Dataiku, SPSS, R, Python, Jupyter
• Project management certifications such as PMP, Agile, ITIL.
• Proven track record in program management around integration, scope, cost, time, resource, quality, risk, procurement, communication and stakeholder management.

Risk Management:

• Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change logs.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Recognised bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, managing complex technology projects.
• Experience in a facilities management technology implementation is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to interpret Autocad and BIM drawings is a plus
