Job Scopes:
• Assist in preparation of quotation and all incoming sales enquiry matters.
• Assist in following up of sales requisite form, sales order, delivery note and goods receipt.
• Follow progress of quotation and sales order with customers regularly.
• To coordinate with site representative on all project and site operation.
• To coordinate and liaise with Main Contractor and make necessary reports and recommendations to the management on the contractual works.

• Provide general administrative duties as required by the department.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description:
• Source for early projects leads through various channels eg. BCI, cold calls and make sales presentations.
• Work on price proposals and tenders for direct projects.
• Responsible to handle the full tender process in a timely manner from samples viewing and mock-ups to submission of tender documents and attend tender interviews.
• Follow up on changes in specifications and revisions of pricing.
• Project coordination upon securing of projects.
• Attend regular contractors’ site meetings for each direct project, which is part of
• the project obligation and resolve any site issues that arise.
• Respond promptly to all IP calls for meetings, presentations, samples, specifications work from architects and developers.
• Answer in-coming calls on sales enquiries from project customers.

• Prepare projects sales forecasts.
• Responsible to quote on time to dealers for their projects as and when requested.
• Support Singapore Retail Sales as required

• Diploma or Degree in marketing / business or relevant field
• Possess 2 - 4 years’ experience in sales or marketing with good track records in working with developers, architectural and designer firms.
