Roles & Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager to oversee conversion projects from initiation to completion.

Develop and implement project management strategies and processes.

Support in financial coordination such as project costing.

Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Establish project goals, objectives, and deliverables.

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Manage project risks and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.

Review and approve design drawings and specifications.

Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.

Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.

Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in engineering or equivalent.

At least 5 – 7 years of project management experience handling Marine/ Conversion Projects with at least 2 years of experience in LNG Sector.

Prior experience in contracts, costing and purchasing will be an added advantage.

Fluency and proficiency in both written and spoken English

Proficiency in IT and experience with using all relevant Microsoft office software

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide input and ensure program and projects address key business needs and goals
• Work with cross functional teams in retail to ensure smooth implementation
• Support in the management and growth of loyalty program, delivering business and customer value and resonate with target customer segments for various assets
• Vendor, project and campaign management for all loyalty initiatives and implementation
• Establish key partnerships to broaden, strengthen and strategically positions the loyalty program
• Liaise and negotiate with all required platform or technology partners
• Manage all vendor agreements with vendors, technology partners
• Internal presentation to stakeholders on project milestones and work in progress updates
• Liaise with internal teams such as ICT team for security review arrangements, timeline and ensure successful update or launch of products
• Conduct UAT and other required tests with vendors for new program releases

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise and work closely with various stakeholders in performing cost calculation and pricing on existing and new services/ projects.
• Ensure Service master is updated and accurate for system go-live.
• Prepare, formulate, and rationalise price revision proposal to ensure organisation’s financial sustainability, while taking into consideration patient bill impact.
• Work with IT vendor to maintain efficient SharePoint workflow as part of continuous process improvement, including the identification and resolution of issues.
• Monitor and report SharePoint workflow turnaround time.
• Ensure accurate and timely update of data files for internal management reporting.
• Support annual cost refresh/ updates on services.
• Provide Business partnering support to Business Units within a growing regional healthcare system.
• Any other ad-hoc duties.

Requirement:

• Degree in Finance, Finance Analytics, Business or equivalent
• Experience on costing, pricing analysis

What you’ll do:

• Familiar with the latest authorities’ design codes, specifications and requirements as well as submission procedures
• Responsible for project management, design coordination and contract management
• Undertake design and study of civil infrastructure work of road work, Sewerage, permanent and temporary traffic, drainage and utilities
• Able to be the design lead communicating and liaise with client and authorities while managing the team members design deliverable of drawings and reports.
• Able to liaise and coordinates with other design discipline/departments as well as managing sub consultants in preparation of drawing and reports for submission
• Able to communicate with clients and approving agencies for purposes of obtaining design information, presenting design intent and options and expediting approvals
• Able to supervise the team and carry out independent review of submission documents

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and their families upon arrival.
• Provide directional guidance within the facility, helping visitors locate clinics, wards, and amenities such as the kopitiam.
• Offer physical support to patients with crutches or in wheelchairs, including assistance from taxis to the entrance.
• Maintain a friendly and empathetic demeanor, addressing any questions or concerns from patients and their families.
• Support staff in managing visitor flow and ensuring a smooth registration process.
