What the role is

• Contribute to the deliverables of objectives in the store staffing approach with close follow up on staff planning and related retail KPIs with accurate reporting.

Your profile

• A professional with minimum 6 years of strong FP&A experience and business acumen and feels invigorated by a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• A globally recognised professional accounting qualification, e.g. CPA, ACCA, CIMA, etc., is preferred.

To be able to coordinate the schedule, budget, issues, and risks of the project. Ensure the project management framework is well- organized and run smoothly. This includes communicating  with team members  to make sure everyone is on the same page. 

Job Responsibilities:

•   Effectively performs the day-to-day coordination of activities within the project team members and ensure that all tasks are complete as planned.

•   Attends all project related meetings to capture RAID (Risk, Actions, Issues and Decisions) items and prepare minutes of meetings.

•   Takes responsibility for ensuring that the RAID Log is constantly updated.

•   Reviews the RAID Log with Project Manager to ensure proper management of all outstanding items.

•   Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers. 

•   Ensures that the Change Request Log is constantly updated and discussed with the Project Manager to properly manage exceptions against approved project scope, timelines and budget.

•   Assists the Project Manager in managing the project portal to ensure all project assets are uploaded in the portal.

•   Assists the Project Manager in preparing presentation decks for meetings (e.g. Steering Committee Meetings, Stream Leads Meeting, etc.).

•   Prepares / assists the Project Manager in creating and maintaining the project timeline in Microsoft Project.

•   Reviews timesheets for proper project charging and submits to Project Manager for review and approval.

•   Prepares schedules of what needs to be completed by what date, as well as of team meetings and coordinating the same with other members.

•   Compiles and maintains interim project reports and minutes of meetings.

•   Communicates relevant information to all team members, such as change in schedule dates, changes in the project's requirements, unexpected hitches etc.

•   Performs other On-site work assignments and other duties as required.

•   Consults with experts in specialist functional and technical areas; translate specialist knowledge on specialist areas of translation. This would require conducting meetings/interviews and capturing the intent of the document.

•   Prepares project proposals, training materials, or online documentation and help systems for assigned projects.

•   Perform related duties as assigned

Business Development & Sales:

• Proactively prospect, identify, and target potential Canopy clients through various channels, including personal network, cold outreach, partnerships and referrals and bring them to a close
• Attend relevant business networking events and conferences where Canopy’s clientele will be at, engaging in new conversations with potential Canopy clients to expand our footprint within the wealth management tech sector.
• Canopy's clientele are Family Offices, Wealthy Families / Individuals, Wealth Managers, External / Independent Asset Managers, Private Bankers, Trustees, Fiduciaries
• Effectively manage and update the sales pipeline. Accurately forecast sales revenue and provide regular reports on sales performance and progress towards targets.
• Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement in the sales process

Client Segmentation/ Market Research:

• Build a deep understanding of the product, client’s pain points, client journey, target markets, and competing alternatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process and successful implementation of our solution
• Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to effectively position our offerings and drive value for clients.

• Hunter sales; Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the Financial Services/ Wealth Management or FinTech sector
• Understanding of the enterprise software market, particularly within the financial services industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients
• Instinctually able to connect and engage with a diversity of personalities to advance commercially oriented conversations

We are looking for an Interior Design Project Manager to work closely with our Director and Principal Interior Designer in all design related activities.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

1.

• Obtain endorsements for scope of work from the relevant management
• Plan and prepare schedules for project implementation
• Ensure all design plans are in accordance with site surveys

2.

• Call for quotation, scrutiny and recommendation of award to sub-contractors
• Prepare project costing and overview of profitability of project
• Manage cost by constantly updating Variation Orders

3.

• Manage, coordinate and supervise all Builders' and M&E works
• Ensure all workers on site have valid work passes
• Conduct regular site meetings with clients and all sub-contractors to ensure projects run as per schedule

4.

• Carry out testing and commissioning of Builder, LAN and M&E works
• Conduct handover inspection with client
• Complete defect rectification works and obtain successful handover by client

You will work closely with our director to assist in the management of current and prospective clients and projects.
