Job Scope:

• Directly responsible for promoting services/products to gatekeeper audiences from the medical field

Project Manager, Airports

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the conceptual planning of an airport project and oversee its organisation, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation, to meet the set targets of safety, time, quality, costs and budgets.
• Provide day-to-day coordination, control and supervision of the works being undertaken by all personnel involved in the project.
• Representing assigned products / services in Asia, and performance to the Airport business unit, providing leadership and support to account & business development teams, and via direct customer involvement
• Communicate product / service information to the sales team and customers. Assure that supporting training and product launch plans are in place
• Launch and implement customers’ new requirements ensuring jobs are completed on schedule. Ensure prompt and proactive technical support is readily available to customers to solve any technical issues / complaints
• Identify critical issues that impede success and implement plans to fix them
• Capture and understand customer requirements and plans, inform business unit of service gaps and/or growth opportunities

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of multi-dose medication supply services
• Set up of medication management system at new care facilities
• To quality control the finished product via operational and pharmaceutical checks.
• To work with the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians to drive the delivery of the daily/weekly production plans to clients’ pharmacies.
• To manage all quality aspects of the operation in a professional and effective way and in accordance with current regulations and guidance.
• Ensure quality compliance of the finished product by optimising and standardising processes, making sure production SOPs and Good Practice is adhered to.
• To manage and perform final approval of pre-packed batches prior to release.
• Accountable for the accurate and timely dispensing of medicine to the right patient.
• Provide pharmaceutical care services to Intermediate, Long-term care (ILTC) facilities & day centers.

Operational Management
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Streamline processes to enhance productivity and minimize errors in drug dispensing.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management
• Manage procurement, storage, and distribution of medications and related supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock rotation, reduce costs, and maintain accurate records.

Compliance & Quality Assurance
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and pharmacy standards related to pharmaceuticals.
• Implement quality control measures and perform regular audits to maintain high-quality pharmaceutical services.

Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities for process enhancement and operational improvements to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and safety within the pharmacy.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement changes and monitor outcomes.

Financial Management
• Develop and manage the budget for the pharmacy unit, optimizing resource allocation and controlling costs while maintaining quality of care

Requirements
• Min Degree in Pharmacy from recognised Institution
• Must be registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC)
• 5-8 years of relevant working experience in pharmacy operations
• Experience in managing a team or providing pharmaceutical care services to nursing homes/daycares is an advantage
• Has a passion for continuous improvement
• Has a high degree of accuracy within work, in a fast paced environment
• Keep abreast of changing medical treatments by attending continuing education talks and seminars
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate information and ideas well to pharmacy colleagues, other healthcare professionals, and patients
• Must have initiative, drive, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be team-oriented
