As a Project Manager within the Banking sector at Unison Consulting Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of banking-related projects from initiation through to delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders from business and technology, to define project objectives, manage timelines, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

Your role will involve fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, achieving project goals while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards in the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring all requirements are clearly defined and met.
• Track progress against the project timeline and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders as required.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
• Facilitate communication between various teams to ensure a cohesive project approach.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date throughout the project.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in the banking or financial services sector.
• Proven track record of delivering complex banking projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and risk management principles.
• Experience using project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Relevant professional qualifications in project management or banking will be an advantage.

Job Summary

• Responsible for leading or co-leading project teams

Responsibilities

• Lead / Manage the project team to complete projects on time, on budget and according to client and authority's requirements
• Manage multiple projects concurrently from design stage to project completion
• Ensure project team's current workflow practices are in line with company standards and proposed improvements
• Establish good working relationships with different parties to promote continued partnerships
• Support the procurement of new business
• Review and modify all drawings & BIM Model development required by the project including production of BIM Model, Submission drawings, detailed drawings, clash detection coordination, construction drawing, as-built etc
• Review and make submissions to authority and ensure all forms, drawings and BIM models are submitted and liaise with authority for all submission matters as required under the supervision of seniors

Requirements

• Minimum 6-8 years’ relevant experience as architectural assistant
• Experience in HDB BTO background
• Possess a Degree in Architecture or accreditation with Board of Architects (BOA)
• Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, Sketchup, Photoshop, Enscape
• Experience in delivering projects from concept to completion of construction
