Mandatory Skill-set

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronics /Computer Science/Software Engineering;

• Good understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices;
• Experience in liaising with stakeholders and cross functional teams;

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Project Managers and gather all the execution and tracking related project activities from Engineers;
• Assist to support project activities, assessments, reviews and participate in status meeting;
• Facilitate and Support the Business Offices (cadences/meetings, strategy planning, reports, management presentations);
• Work with Project Manager to ensure smooth and timely reporting, presentation and/or analysis;
• Provide overall project progress and status of milestones and deliverables across the portfolio;
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
