About The Role

As a Executive/ Senior Executive- Risk Enterprise Management in ALPS, you will be sited at our headquarters at Bukit Merah. As ALPS increase its scope of services and matures as an organization, you will be responsible to step up its focus and devote dedicated resources to strengthen risk management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support to establish and maintain the Enterprise Risk Register, by ensuring quality and consistency of information captured to enable robust data analysis.
• Manage systems and processes to facilitate/ mitigate risks across the organization.
• Support stakeholders to apply Risk Management process (identify & assess risk, determine risk treatment) at onset of activities.
• Ensure risk control framework is consistently applied to manage risks.
• Strong follow-up with risk and action plan owners to ensure that all risk treatment actions are completed on-time and to the required quality.
• Regular monitoring and validation of risk controls to ensure that they are in-place, in-use and effective.
• Work with risk owners to devise additional controls to improve effectiveness as needed.
• Perform data analysis such as trending, risk heatmap etc to draw insights on state of risk management within the organization.
• Collect and validate data for reporting on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
• Create Risk Management training materials and conduct training to the organization to build capability in Risk Management.
• Use creative communications and methods to actively engage the organization to learn and apply Risk Management as part of what they do.
• Sharing of lessons learned and work with stakeholders to apply them where practical.
• Maintain platforms for sharing risk response and lessons learned.
• Maintain database for tracking insurance policies that apply to ALPS.
• Track and trigger timely review of insurance policies to ensure that ALPS remains covered where required.
• Manage insurance related risk assessments and working with stakeholders to ensure appropriate actions are taken.

Requirements

• Diploma with 8-10 years’ of working experience OR Degree Holder with at least 3-5 years’ of working experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Quality Assurance and/or Audit.
• Relevant professional certificate in Risk Management, Compliance or Quality Assurance a plus.
• Experience in working with multiple stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Experience in working in a regulated environment (such as pharmaceutical or healthcare industry) preferred.
• Have an understanding of public healthcare operations and/or its ecosystem (eg Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Logistics, Supply Chain sectors) a plus.
• Experience in Project Management a plus.

Job Description

• Build and develop new and existing sales channels.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Identify clients’ needs and promote services provided by Beacon to address their needs.
• Prepare proposals, follow up and conduct sales presentations to prospective clients
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers
• (SBDM role) Lead and guide other BDMs.

Requirements:

• Insatiable appetite for generating new business and exceeding targets
• Competent in conducting presentations to clients

• Excellent communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills
• Diploma or Degree (in relevant disciplines)
• (BDM role) Min 2 years of solid experience in B2B sales of service solutions
• (SBDM role) 5-year sales experience in industries similar with Beacon
• (SBDM role) Thinks strategically and analytically
• (SBDM role) Able to coach and guide team members to bring in results

Job Responsibilities:

1) Pre-Project Communication and Equipment booking

· Communicate with Sales’ team and advise the state of equipment availability for their hire inquiries.

· Support your team by booking equipment required for projects according to Engineering equipment list prepared by Technical Managers.

· Share the information with engineering and warehouse managers to get the requirement prepared.

· Continually communicate with the person in charge of repair administration to understand the states of [Repair + Loan + Written off] items and its impact on the projects. Discuss the finding information with your direct supervisor.

2) Preparation & Checking of Packing List

· Assist your team in preparation of packing list, Communicate with Warehouse and engineering manager in order to ensure the packing list is updated according to their preparation

· Communicate with Technical managers regularly to update any changes required by client and inform the engineering and warehouse managers accordingly.

· Communicate with the person in charge of Logistics arrangements to ensure they have the completed and final version of packing list for their communication with external (i.e. Shipping agent or clients)

· Assist the warehouse team with quality control Process by random cross checking prepared equipment against the final packing list before departure of the shipment

· Archive the final packing lists signed by the shipping agent at the time of equipment collection.

3) Maintenance of Equipment Allocation database

· Assist your team by routinely updating equipment allocation and status

· Support your team with recording SNs of newly purchased equipment/parts and updating the equipment database accordingly and Labelling the equipment/parts according to company’s standards

· Assist the warehouse team with Physical Inventory Process by providing them necessary information.

4) Other areas of Work tasks in Operations Department

· Perform any ad-hoc duty as assigned that is related to the work activities in Operations Department

Job Requirements:

· Diploma / Degree qualification

· Minimum of 2 years working experience in Inventory Planning is preferred. Media industry experience will be an advantage

· Proficient in using Microsoft Excel

· Strong organisation and record keeping skills

· Meticulous and has a keen eye for details

· Positive attitude and willing to go the extra mile to learn and acquire knowledge

· Team player and possesses good interpersonal skills

· Ability to handle stress and work in a fast-paced work environment

· Any experience working with audio/visual equipment is an asset
