Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day functions in support of crisis management program activities, across multiple locations and jurisdictions in assigned geography and in support globally where Citi has a business presence/operations
• Support and ensure Crisis Management Plans and other required components are maintained across assigned geography, in support of global CM Execution program and in accordance with Citi’s Crisis Management Framework
• Oversee, maintain, and coordinate operational processes performed by crisis management Execution team, global support teams and partner stakeholder groups across Citi
• Support the crisis management team and crisis commander during crisis events, to ensure Citi's Crisis Management Framework is executed.

Job Description:

• Assistant to Project Lead to manage and coordinate with CSIS vendors or Citi business stakeholders inclusive of attending/ initiating meetings and all to ensure we meet the scheduled timeline, stakeholders’ expectations, facilitate on the testing programs for the newly installed security systems
