Job Description:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of student academic matters, including secretarial services to the Institute Board of Academic and Examination.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Balyasny Asset Management is seeking an experienced Quantitative Developer to support commodity trading by building as supporting custom models, tools and analytics for Portfolio Managers and traders. POSITION SUMMARY
The Macro Analyst/Senior Analyst/Associate PM will report to a Macro Portfolio Manager as part of a team investing across Equity and FX Volatility and Correlation with a Macro and Relative Value approach spanning Asian, European and US markets.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Working alongside Portfolio Manager whose strategy focuses primarily on Equity and FX Volatility and Correlation with a Macro and Relative Value approach spanning Asian, European and US markets
· Help manage front to back trade execution to confirmation of risk in the portfolio
· Executing and managing trades on the Portfolio Manager’s behalf
· Conducting in-depth analysis on volatility arbitrage, dispersion, correlation, relative value and global macro strategies
· Managing and expanding relationships with counterparties across all jurisdictions
· Rebalancing the portfolio periodically

REQUIREMENTS

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling shipping & billing processing via the system.
• Ensuring documents are properly completed by compliances and shipment release on a timely basis.
• Handling and liaising with Order Management, Finance (outstanding AR), Trade Compliance, and Operation teams to follow up on shipment, delivery & billing through the system.
• Review commercial clauses, handle type of bonds with the bank, Letter of Credit negotiation with bank, issue chambered origin, etc.
• Ensure all related billing issuance are issued accurately, provide complete supporting billing documents to the customer, meet the customer's contract/payment terms, and ensure each set of payment collection is reasonably assured.
• Liaise with the internal A/R Collections team and customer to resolve any variances whenever queries arise.
• Able to communicate well with all the partners to ensure smooth execution of shipment & billing according to established guidelines.
• Ensure all documents are filed according to the Record Retention Policy.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Oracle software (will be an added advantage)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
