Ergoworks seeks a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role will focus on growing corporate sales and onboarding corporate partners, help companies adopt ergonomic solutions that improve workplace wellness and productivity. The ideal candidate will be proactive, responsive, and capable of sourcing, building and nurturing long-term relationships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Corporate Sales Growth (B2B): Develop and execute strategies to increase corporate sales and expand Ergoworks' client base in the B2B sector.
• Lead Generation & Outreach: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting market research, networking, cold outreach, and following up on leads.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential corporate clients.
• Onboarding Corporate Partners: Identify potential corporate partners, present tailored ergonomic solutions, and manage the onboarding process to integrate them into our ecosystem.
• Client Relationship Management: Build, foster, and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business and business referrals.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Ensure a healthy sales pipeline by organizing sales activities and prioritizing key prospects and clients.
• Market Trends & Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings and corporate wellness needs to tailor solutions that meet market demand.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns and product developments.
• Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for growth.

Key Requirements

Experience:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in corporate wellness, office equipment, or ergonomic solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions that add value.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction project management as well as a working knowledge of architectural design, allowing them to coordinate effectively with design teams, contractors, and other stakeholders. This role involves managing timelines, budgets, and project execution to ensure that all construction work meets quality standards and architectural specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Coordination:Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from initial planning to final handover.
   Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to develop project plans and specifications.
   Review architectural drawings and ensure construction teams understand design intent and technical details.
   Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
   
2. Budgeting and Cost Management:Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective procurement of materials and labor.
   Monitor expenses and address any cost overruns or budget discrepancies.
   Prepare financial reports and ensure accurate tracking of project expenditures.
   
3. Site Management:Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure that work aligns with design and quality standards.
   Ensure that all construction work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and architectural plans.
   Resolve any issues related to design conflicts, delays, or material shortages.
   
4. Stakeholder Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, design team, and construction crew.
   Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project milestones, potential risks, and progress.
   Facilitate communication between architects and contractors to address design changes or clarifications.
   
5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:Ensure that all construction work meets architectural, safety, and quality standards.
   Conduct site inspections to assess the quality of work and identify any issues that need corrective action.
   Manage and oversee the final handover of completed projects to clients, ensuring full compliance with project requirements.
   
6. Risk Management:Identify potential risks related to design, construction, or budget, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
   Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed on-site to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

2. MRB Type of issues contact point (Containment / Recovery / Mitigation)

3. Within the month Supply Risks / Opportunities coordination when multiple customers are fighting for priorities.

4. General Supply Guidance Publication (Monthly Basis to key customers with Supply Commit & RTF)

5. Educating / Sharing with internal Partners about Customer expectation so that they "UNDERSTAND" customers.

6. Quarter End Management from OM point of view

7. Enhance Customer Experience while improving efficiencies and producitivies.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 1year CSO or Customer Facing (Sales) Experience with proven "Customer Satisfaction" experience.

2. Good understanding of Micron and Customers Business and Customers Requirements.

2. SAP Order Management Experience.

3. Excellent Communication skill (English communication is a must)

Primary Responsibility
• Work closely with business partners to capture and analyze opportunities to improve wafer output performance, taking an idea, access and prepare necessary data support, work with data scientists to create machine learning models, develop it to an application with intuitive user interface, integrate with any pre-existing systems, demonstrate successful use cases and wins, etc.
• Provide expert functional and process guidance on system capabilities in Process Engineering to enable maxout initiatives. Identify gaps, weaknesses, and inefficiencies in solution today to improve wafer move, WPD, and output performance
• Skilled, experienced, and capable to translate process knowledge into project implementation in improving run rate, equipment uptime and process harmonization to achieve higher output.
• Define business solution and propose project for implementation
• Design, integrate and scale solutions to beneficial to Micron operation at global level.
• Lead projects, drive high value activities that will require the coordination, support, and management of resources from global teams
• Use metrics and performance data to understand opportunities for improvement

Requirements
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields and Industry Semiconductor
• Domain knowledge in Process Engineering, Product Integration Engineering, Industrial Engineering, will be advantage.
