Responsibilities

● Handle customers’ enquiries via inbound calls and email correspondences

● Escalates enquiries or issues to relevant departments and ensure proper follow-up

● Ensure quality customer service and maintaining good phone etiquette

● Provide customer support activities

● Manage and process sales agreement

● Schedule of all IoT device installation

● Assist with any administrative duties and perform any ad-hoc duties, as and when required

Requirements

● Tertiary education with outstanding academic performance

● Experience in scheduling is a plus

● Proficient in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)

● Familiar with Microsoft Office applications

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Hands-on and a positive attitude

● Team player, with a high level of energy and able to work independently

We are looking for an intern in the Business Management team on a 6-month basis. Applicants looking for part time internships are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Drive solutioning for the automation in the risk and control monitoring processes.
• Partner with front office to drive solutions, improve business procedures and infrastructure.
• Review and work with the business and support units to improve processes and systems.
• Support business requirements in trading, new products as well as operational and business risks areas.
• Support trading and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve ad-hoc issues.
• Control framework governance for the trading desk.

• Prior experience or coursework in finance, economics, or quantitative analysis is preferred but not required.
• Skills in the Microsoft Office suite is preferred (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Good command of verbal, written and presentation skills and confident in speaking with front office personnel.
• Personality that reflects enthusiasm, willing to work and collaborate with others, energetic and enthusiastic.
• Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to be disciplined with planning and delivering deadlines.
