Responsibilities
· To analyse the EOT submission covering:
a) Troubleshooting the logical link prepared by contractors.
b) Correct Critical Path method is exercised.
c) Baseline vs Actual progress status.
d) Valid Longest Task.
e) Time Impact Analysis or As planned Analysis or Window slicing Analysis.
f) Accessing the log of procurement, shop drawings submission/approval, material submission/approval, RFIs, etc.
· To validate and make comparison of all delay events against the provision allowed in the signed condition of contract.
· To suggest recommendation based on the finding in coordination with other trades.
Requirements
· over 5+ years’ experience in construction management as a scheduler
· Bachelor’s degree or related field, preferably in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or a Construction Management Certificate from an accredited university.
· Solid computer skills with working knowledge of AutoCAD, Construction Management Software as well as MS Office, including Outlook, Project, Excel and Word.
· Reads, understands and interprets construction plans, schematics, blueprints, drawings and technical manuals to determine appropriate construction methods.
