What the role is

You will be working as a Temp Manager in the Levy and Incentives Management Division for Skills Development Levy.

What you will be working on

Responsibilities:

(A) Engagement of companies

• Handle escalated CRM enquiries
• Call companies to conduct verification
• Regular updating of FAQs
• Track and report status and payment of cases
• Prepare regular reporting to Management
• Follow up on bounced SDL mailers
• Creation and regular housekeeping of data and folders within data sharing platforms

(B) Issuance of Notice

• Preparing and sending Notices on behalf of organisation
• Management, reconciliation and follow up of Notice of Objection (NOO) cases
• Populate reconciled and updated figures into relevant systems
• Any adhoc duties assigned by Team Leader.

Join our dynamic team as the Finance Business Transformation Manager for the Singapore P&C Business. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to develop innovative ideas and drive transformation. Gather and analyze feedback from Finance team members and stakeholders to uncover opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Together with the CFO ensure our strategic goals are aligned, especially concerning data flow. Work hand-in-hand with team leaders to prioritize tasks, manage timelines for our Finance transformation, and spearhead initiatives that drive continuous improvement
• Work closely with team leaders to review and understand our processes and data flow in PPM, FAR, Fin Ops, and Actuarial. Together, we'll brainstorm and propose innovative solutions to enhance our operations.
• You'll play a key role in transitioning our current reporting to these new tools, finding creative uses for our existing ones, and suggesting new features when needed
• Bring data to life across all teams by creating insightful visualizations that reveal trends and patterns. Help drive better decision-making, boost stakeholder engagement, and improve communication through compelling data stories
• Regularly check and assess our solutions to ensure they align with expectations and deliver the results we're aiming for.
• Work together with the team to pinpoint the key performance indicators (KPIs) that will help us track the success of our solutions. You'll also play a crucial role in guiding and supporting our team through change management processes to make sure our solutions are embraced and achieve the desired results

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, finance or business preferred) and/or relevant professional qualifications in the field of accounting
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance and/or Actuarial function (Commercial Insurance and Reinsurance are beneficial)
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Strong knowledge in General Insurance business and products
• High analytical skills in financial analysis and business processes
• Excellent computer technical skills including proficiency in Excel and SAP
• Experience in Business Development and RPA/automation are beneficial

• Responsible for the vessels’ health, safety and environment compliance.
• Manage audits and inspections required by the recognized organization (RO) - ISM, ISPS and MLC.
• Oversee the vessels’ navigational matters, including approval of passage plans and conduct of navigation audits.
• Ensure compliance with terminal, operators, oil majors and charterers’ requirements.

Requirements:

• COC Class 1
• At least 2 years of experience onboard tanker and shore-based in ship management.
• Strong supervisory experience with good oral and written communication skills.

WTS-WS Service Manager (SM) to support Business Units in Singapore and South East Asia branches.

The SM’s primary responsibility is maintaining stability, service and ensuring the availability of technology systems for the user environment. Operationally, the SM will need to provide frontline support, manage projects, procurement, moves/adds/changes, training and communication pertaining to the users’ technology environment.
