1. Programme Ownership:
   • Take ownership of research programmes together with the scientific lead, overseeing the entire lifecycle from project formation to execution.
   • Collaborate with research teams in the early phases to assist in proposal scoping and development, funding acquisition, and project initiation.
2. Project Management:
   • Utilize strong project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, on target and within resources.
   • Develop and implement project plans, track progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks, under framework agreements.
   • Work closely with scientific lead to pitch to management and gain required approvals for contract execution and funding.
   • Working with other project managers in the programme to coordinate execution and reporting.
   • Manage multiple programmes concurrently, each at different stages of development, with varying levels of attention required.
   • Prioritize and allocate resources efficiently to meet programme objectives

Qualifications:

• PhD or other advanced degree in bioinformatics, biomedical engineering, life sciences or relevant scientific or management field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven success in programme and project management, preferably in a research or academic setting. PMP certification is a preferred.
• Strong understanding of bioinformatics and life sciences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities.
• Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving.

Your Career

We are looking for an Ecosystems Business Operations Manager to support the JAPAC Theatre GTM & Shared Services management team.  This role will drive and enable programs and processes that will deliver significant value to our partners, distributors, and sellers.  You will own and maintain various operations cadence, monitoring and improving the overall pulse of partner programs through systems and tools, processes, and metrics.  This position relies on an understanding of program management, sales operations, and various routes to market (resellers and distributors, system integrators, service providers, technology partnerships, etc.).

This role reports to the  Senior Director, JAPAC Sales Operations with a dotted line into the JAPAC VP GTM Shared Services.

Your Impact

• Collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams to develop and execute the JAPAC Commercial strategy.

• Work with the GTM Theatre leadership team to formulate and accelerate strategy and execution.

• Coordinate activities and provide operational support to our NextWave partner program, Managed Service Provider program, and other Ecosystem programs

• Reporting - Dashboard and Scorecard, QBR, Ecosystem business  analysis

• Assist in sales strategy and segmentation and expansion of new routes to market

• Enable and support Program performance including rebate calculation and reporting

• Drive greater efficiency in the operational execution of high-velocity business via the Deal Desk, Sales Systems and internal team.

•  Build and provide process documentation and training for stakeholders (internal teams, sales resources, partners/distributors)

• Support and drive continuous improvement through data analytics to identify areas of improvement and gaps

• Review and identify areas for improvement leading to operational efficiency, process optimization, and field acceleration working with various teams within the organization (operations, IT, leadership, etc.)

• Initiate and establish strong trusted partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels in the organization to ensure alignment and ongoing effectiveness
