The Role

This position in the Enterprise Risk Management team will work closely with team members to execute the ERM program (Non-Financial Risk) across the Group.

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with ERM team members in developing, implementing, maintaining and monitoring the ERM programme across the Group
• Proactively partner with business units and corporate units in driving a balance approach between business growth and risk management
• Support the BUs/CUs to understand how to identify risks in their areas of specialization and conduct risk assessments
• Work across the Group to conduct risk assessments, document and regularly review risks of all types
• Assist with the development and implementation of risk management policies
• Support the team with the production of regular risk reports highlighting key enterprise risks
• Support the delivery of Risk and Control Self-Assessments; provide analysis and reporting that adds value to senior management, Audit & Risk Committees, and the Board
• Ensure the smooth running of various risk assessments
• Support the roll-out of Group wide risk awareness and risk management training, develop training content that is dynamic and relevant to the changing risk environment
• Undertake ad-hoc and special projects when delegated by the Head of Risk

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in ERM, operational risk or audit related risk management
• Candidates with ERM experience and conducting real estate, technology and ESG related risk assessments will have an advantage
• Preferably experience in the real estate or fund /asset management industry
• Possess knowledge and experience in risk management frameworks and tools
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills with a cross-section of teams in different geographical locations
• Driven and passionate to make a positive impact in the organization
• Able to work in team environment and collaborate with different levels of seniority

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

CLIENT SERVICING

• Plan of the project process, timings and scope of work
• Proposals and estimates
• Prepare weekly client account status reports
• Create and set-up decks using InDesign
• Agendas
• Contact reports
• Time plans
• Development briefs from creative to production
• Support pitch presentations and client presentations
• Coordinate and attend internal meetings including creative critiques, project reviews and briefings

CREATIVE

PRODUCTION

• Finalisation and extension briefs
• Master artwork element briefs

• Act in a key support role for assigned projects.   
• Establish and facilitate regular project meetings. 
• Collect and analyze business requirements and transfer them to accurate specifications and deliverables. 
• Monitor productivity and progress by driving the surveyor team and/or vendors to meet project timelines according to the planned schedule. 
  • Initiate the request for recruitment and training of surveyors; work closely with the Recruitment team to ensure NIQ’s data collection needs are fully met 
  • Monitor the quality and productivity of surveyors (e.g., contact status, Data Quality Analysis, etc.), provide feedback, and document all performance and disciplinary issues 
  • Ensure on-time data delivery and perform validation checks on surveyors’ work and accompany/observe a sample of their interviews 
• Provide timely communication and feedback to the surveyor team and/or vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.   
  • Coordinate team of surveyors and/or vendors to conduct field data collection as per NIQ Standards and documented processes and procedures 
  • Travel island-wide to provide guidance and fieldwork shadowing to the field surveyors   
  • Provide deserved recognition and ongoing performance feedback to surveyors to improve their morale and motivation, and encourage continuous improvement 
• Design fieldwork schedule to align resource allocation and timeline.

This is a role in the in-house client-dedicated Team in Keywords Singapore.  The Lead LPM role will support the client’s Localisation team and will work closely with the client’s tools, processes and personnel.

In this role, the Lead LPM will need to master file delivery management to support the client’s localisation and LQA requests.

The Lead LPM will manage the hand off and delivery of multiple localisation projects of different sizes, simultaneously within the timeframe agreed with the client.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship:

• Work closely with the client’s localisation team on project specifications.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with the client’s localisation team.

Communication:

• Manage all communication channels on assigned projects.
• Ensure communication is clear and concise on project requirements to other Keywords offices and the client’s language providers and development teams.

Project Management:

• Work with the client’s localisation tool to organise tasks and deliveries.
• Hand off files to the client’s language providers, including Keywords.
• Monitor status and track delivery of projects.
• Seek solutions for issues that arise during projects and escalate risks as necessary.
• Propose improvements to process where applicable.

Teamwork:

• Work as part of in-house client-dedicated teams in Keywords.
• Build good working relationships with all client-dedicated team members in Keywords.
• Build working relationships and daily cooperation with the Keywords LPMs and Keywords Leads for Localisation and LQA.
• Build good working relationships with other Keywords offices, language providers and developers, working on the client’s localisation.
• Support the other LPMs and assist the Keywords Team Leads in daily operation.

Reporting:

• Conduct project presentations and compile daily, weekly and monthly and ad hoc reports as appropriate.
• Escalate any material issues that arise on a project to the LPMs and Team Manager and agree how to manage and communicate these with the client.
• Participate in regular internal and client meetings.
• Participate in business reviews with both internal and external stake holders.
