We are looking to hire a Business Operations & Enablement Associate to support new hire onboarding, development/upskilling programs, rewards & recognition programs, process & tools documentation, and communications for our regional sales & marketing teams.

The role will report to the Sales Enablement Lead

You Will:

• Develop and execute engaging and informative training materials, presentations, and documentation to bolster enablement efforts. Continuously update and curate training content to uphold accuracy and relevance.

• Facilitate thorough onboarding programs for new team members, furnishing them with essential tools and knowledge for successful integration. Regularly refine onboarding procedures to enhance efficacy and streamline operations.

• Oversee the internal intranet as a centralized repository for team resources and training materials. Maintain its user-friendly interface and comprehensive functionality to serve as an indispensable resource for the team.

• Organize internal meetings and events to foster intra team brainstorming sessions, disseminate company objectives, strategies, plans and results. Work collaboratively across functions to ensure seamless event execution, encompassing logistics, agenda creation, and post-event follow-up.

• Spearhead Rewards & Recognition initiatives to inspire and incentivize internal colleagues. Collaborate cross-functionally to effectively promote these programs.

• Main support towards on-going projects related to marketing automotive services in the Asia-pacific region
• Market research of automotive trends and technology to form a strategy of product services offerings for Asia-pacific region
• Benchmark existing services programs and methodologies and propose recommended improvements to identify growth areas
• Support in the definition of online training strategies and development of training modules for China, Australia and ASEAN
• Monitor and evaluate training and helpdesk program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
• Handles regional reporting for Technical Services Portfolio

A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Manage and execute the procurement of ICT systems, goods and services in a timely manner. This includes the preparation of all procurement deliverables for each procurement project assigned;
• Be part of various project teams to complete the procurement project on time;
• Provide business perspective in project teams;
• Draft, review and refine structure of tenders, contractual terms and requirement specifications for the procurement of the ICT systems, good and services;
• Understand the government procurement policy and advise project teams on meeting such policies while enabling project needs to be met;
• Identify potential procurement risks and its implication to the project stakeholders, and propose mitigating measures to manage the risks;
• Review proposals from suppliers;
• Review, clarify and negotiate business requirements with suppliers;
• Perform billing governance and operations to ensure business sustainability and adequate cashflow;
• Interact closely and partner with the business units to provide billing support and analysis;
• Handle month/year-end closing of billing and accruals;
• Ensure billing functions are executed within the stipulated deadlines or/and tender specifications;
• Engage vendors in relation to billing matters such billing disputes and draw up the billing framework for vendors' compliance;
• Work with auditors and awarded vendors on vendor's billing audit matters;
• Use of billing templates and validation tools to ensure billing governance and processes are adhered to;
• Drive innovation on work processes;
• Monitoring and Track Project Expenses and Timeline;
• Ensure that records and documentation of projects and related issues are kept updated; and
• Any other duties that may be assigned

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Be familiar with Government IM on Procurement
• Minimum 8/10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in both procurement and billing;
• Good knowledge of government infocomm environment;
• Good knowledge of ICT Procurement and contract management practices;
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels;
• Team Player and Self-Motivated;
• Able to consolidate multiple streams of information into a cohesive whole; and
• Good command of the English Language, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.

• Coordination, Monitoring and Control of tasks, inside the technical disciplines (Hardware, Software, Mechanics, Optics and Test), related to the product development.
• Consolidation of the results of the technical disciplines and presentation with the Project Manager.
• Primary contact person for technical problems and questions.
• Overview of the status from all R&D disciplines.
• Responsible for the technical parts during Risk Management activities.
