Job Scope

• Manage the oil inventory in the fragrance sample compactor, including arranging the oil in compactor and disposing expired oils on a monthly basis. Upon getting the list of oils to be produced for replenishment, the Sample Coordinator will enter the sample requests into PACE/SAP.
• Control the movement of oil samples in and out of the Fragrance Library (e.g. between Sample Production Team, Application Lab, Creation Lab and the Fragrance Library and update the oil inventory daily.
• To receive the sample requests in PACE. If the oil sample is available in the Sample Library, request the oil sample from the compactor into the Sample Production Team for repacking, otherwise, generate the sample requests into SAP, and release the Process Orders into SRMS.
• To liaise with the dispatch service provider and QC sample dispatch riders for delivery of samples and update the inventory.
• For new wins or 1st production, check with the Creation Dept for formula access, reference sample and requests for raw material if they are not available in the inventory system. After the production for the new wins or 1st production, follow up with QC and the dispatch service provider for delivery of samples to customers / requesters.
• Compound fragrance samples using the Fricke automated dosing machine and/or by manual compounding.

What the SD, Head of Core Product Management does at Visa:

Reporting to the Head of Consumer Solutions, AP, the Head of Core Product Management will be responsible for initiatives across four broad areas of responsibility

2. Identification and development and execute initiatives to drive expansion of Visa’s consumer credit portfolio, in line with the Visa 2030 strategy, driving growth in associated PV and revenue across.

The role-holder will lead a team of direct line reports in Singapore and works closely with Core Product teams across AP, responsible for evolving and building end-to-end consumer experiences that drive client preference for Visa as a strategic partner and make us an enabler of superior value propositions for digitally-enabled consumers.

An essential part of Visa’s success is the establishment and application of rules and standards, to ensure a uniform, reliable point-of-sale UX, both online and offline. The Head of Core Product Management will lead the efficient administration of these Rules and Standards as they pertain to Core Products, ensuring that the Rules are fit-for-purpose, while also ensuring their efficient operation and administration.

The role-holder will be responsible for the identification, development, commercialization and launch of new ways to grow the consumer unsecured credit business in AP, working closely with issuers and internal Global counterparts to expand “credit-card” issuance, as well as newer ways of efficiently facilitating the provision of unsecured credit, for example BNPL or other methods.

In addition, the SD, will manage Visa’s cardholder benefits such as merchant and partner benefits, Visa Concierge, Insurance and Visa Luxury Hotel Collection, as well as Core VAS (Value Added Services) service lines such as GCAS (Global Customer Assistance Services), Lounge referrals, Visa Customized Benefits, and the capabilities that support the delivery of these benefits and services.
