• Develop and manage social responsibility programs that promote employee well-being,diversity and inclusion, community engagement, and philanthropic activities.
• Ensure alignment with internationally recognized standards and guidelines for socialresponsibility.

• Prepare sustainability reports, disclosures, and submissions for regulatory and industryreporting requirements.
• Stay current with sustainability regulations and standards, ensuring the organization'scompliance.

• Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in sustainabledevelopment.
• Research and recommend innovative solutions that enhance the organization'ssustainability efforts.

7.Project Management:

• Plan, execute, and oversee sustainability projects, ensuring they are delivered on timeand within budget.
• Monitor project milestones and address any challenges that arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Environmental Science, Architecture, Sustainability,Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Proven experience in sustainability roles, with a focus on strategy development andimplementation.
• General understanding of sustainability frameworks, standards (e.g., Green Mark, ISO14001), and best practices.
• Good project management skills, including the ability to manage complex projects withmultiple stakeholders.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Leadership qualities with a track record of driving change and achieving results.
• Proficiency in sustainability reporting tools and software, is an added advantage.
