Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Fit-Out Coordination: Manage and coordinate the fit-out of local retail shops and counter spaces.
• Planning and Development: Plan and develop master plans, A&A plans, M&E plans, and oversee the renovation of retail outlets.
• Deadline Management: Ensure project deadlines are met.
• Change Management: Determine and manage project changes.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as needed.
• Task Management: Undertake project tasks as required.
• Strategy Development: Develop project strategies.
• Framework Adherence: Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and maintain appropriate documentation for each project.
• Risk Assessment: Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
• Project Calendar: Create a project management calendar to fulfill each goal and objective.

Requirement:

• Preferably 1 year of experience in project management in Events and Retail industries.
• Familiar with carpentry, electrical, renovation works and fit-out works.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.

What will you be doing?
The Business Analyst analyzes business processes and applicable automated systems, and develops As-Is and To-Be descriptions. This individual leads requirements gathering and analysis activities, prepares and delivers written and oral communications, participates in testing activities, helps design methods and procedures for internal and external projects.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Elicit requirements for software development.
