Scope:

1. You will be working in a support role to service Family Office clients

2. You will provide operational support for company's business activities, including KYC/AML for new clients, annual financial/tax/legal reporting, dealing with banks & brokerage houses account opening & maintenance, servicing high-net-worth client's various service requests, admin work and document processing support etc.

3. You are expected to provide the above mentioned operational support in a timely manner and with high standards.

Requirements for candidate:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting / Finance / Business or other related field.
• Around 2-5 years of working experience in a finance setting or mid-to-back office operations settings; Alternatively can be from client services background
• Organized, meticulous, good communication skills, service mentality, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Certain level of experience in dealing with financial institutions such as family offices, private banks, brokerage houses etc
• Certain level of experience in dealing with and understanding high-net-worth clients demand
• Must be able to both speak, read & write Mandarin, fluent in English

JOB PURPOSE

To manage all project engineers/site supervisor or to assist the project director to direct the team to engage in monitoring and controlling the design and construction scheduling, quality control and assurance, cost and document control of the maintenance / M&E projects.

JOB SUMMARY

Supervises the project engineer in maintaining the Project Team manpower, materials and vehicles resources to ensure the project are successfully completed within the project deadline with good quality, safety standards as well as within budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project-based Duties:

Manages a total of 5 direct staff in Project Team – Project Engineer , Quantity Surveyor, Site Engineer and Supervisor. Indirect reports – 15 workers. Responsible for: · Progress and completion of project.

DUTIES

Project Management

1. Supervise the project engineer/site supervisors to manage manpower resources and their training such as assigning work to project personnel and evaluating their work performance to ensure the project manpower resources are effectively controlled

2. Resolve all manpower issues such as approval of Workers Home Leave Application when necessary

3. Manage the Project Team materials resources and vehicle resources to ensure all project resources areeffectively controlled and utilized

4. Resolve all technical, engineering design and test problems when necessary

5. Ensure the Project Team complied to all safety rules and regulations as stipulated by our Company and the Clients

6. Establish work schedules and actively communicate with main-contractor, consultant, professional engineer, resident engineer and sub-contractors on project work and schedules to ensure effective and efficient completion of the project within the deadline

7. Schedule and/or approve the preparation and resource forecasting for specific engineering activities relating to the project i.e. develop plans to meet unexpected situations

8. Establish and manage project budget and costing of the project to ensure the project costing is justified and well-administered.

9. Ensure that claims are done and submitted correctly and on time.

10.Ensure that all work carried on site, including variation works are accurately communicated to the Contracts Department and duly reflected in the claims.

11. Perform site inspection to monitor the project team and work progress periodically to ensure effective and efficient completion of the project within the deadline

12. Conduct weekly internal project team meeting to ensure project operations move smoothly

13. Conduct monthly site SHE meeting to ensure safety issues are highlighted and resolved

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering, or other Engineering field

• Oil/Petrochemical Industry Safety Course for Supervisors

• Construction Safety Course for Project Managers - For contract value more than $10 million

Experiences

• 5 years of relevant site experience with management experience working in Jurong Island

• Require own transport in Jurong Island

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and comprehend business issues; propose and carry out solutions and scenarios planning
• Team up with the Executive team to develop medium to long-term financial and strategic plan
• Evaluate and recommend modifications to projections and budgets
• Oversee and manage all aspects of fundamental financial planning and analysis, including but not limited to planning, spending, predicting and report generation
• Work with various business units to forecast income and expenses
• Long-term growth modelling and determines business elements that influence it
• Provide comprehensive review and commentary on financials
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field of studies
• Candidates must possess at least seven years of working experience in Finance, Accounting and/or related field, including managerial experience with a hands-on approach
• Familiar with group operating model tax review, tax planning, transfer pricing governance and operations, direct and indirect taxes
• Knowledge in credit control policies and procedures
• Knowledge in analytical toolkit that makes use of business intelligence and reporting software
• Possess advanced computer program skills, such as writing macros using Excel and/or other financial packages
• Ability to multi-task and lead projects regionally, such as China and other entities
