Job Description

• Lead the development of new markets:
• Conduct the initial market research and feasibility studies.
• Establish legal entities and conduct property research as needed.
• Provide support in engaging with real estate agents, design companies, and law firms if necessary.
• Validate business plans for new stores and support the internal approval process for new store openings.
• Manage store operations, including menu design, production planning, and supply chain planning.
• Develop investment plans
• Oversee new staff hiring and training.
• Monitor the development status in subsidiaries across Asia, Europe, and the US.
• Maintain a centralized database on design specifications and capex investments, promoting internal sharing of such information.

Job Requirement

• Possession of a degree or diploma
• Strong oral and written communication abilities
• Exceptional project management capabilities
• Approximately 3 years of experience in a related field, particularly in F&B
• Familiarity with and passion for the F&B and hospitality industries are highly preferred
• Willingness to undertake frequent business trips
• Japanese language skills are desirable to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders, but not mandatory

Job Purpose

You will report to Team Lead, Business Processing (Group Insurance Operations), and the key role is to carry out the daily tasks of the business processing function and process review.

The Job

· Issuance of policy contracts and endorsements;

· Issuance of policy adjustment, member movement;

· Responsible for premiums computation and experience refund;

· Ensure tax invoices/endorsement schedules/medical cards are issued timely;

· Liaise with direct clients/agents on employee benefits related queries via all channels;

· Fronting of digital solutions to clients/agents to champion for digitisation;

· Attend to escalations independently and recommend sound resolutions;

· Ensure the accuracy of records entries & proper documentation;

· Participate in projects which improve operations efficiency and effectively review the current processes and initiate improvement;

· Participate in User Acceptance Testing prior to deployment of changes in system;

· Maintenance of Department records and endorsements;

· Administration of data to provide reports required to track Department’s progress;

· Provide administrative support and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Team Lead;

· Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks;

· Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and appropriate steps to mitigate the risks; and

· Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Our Requirements

· Degree from recognized institution;

· Preferred at least 1 year relevant experience specializing in insurance administration/business processing;

· Applicant along with experience in processing group insurance policies will be an advantage;

· Good time management, good analytical skills, detailed-oriented and pro-activeness;

· Task and results oriented, and a good team player;

· Mathematically inclined and with good communication skills;

· Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. The job requires significant data sorting and manipulation;

· Proficient in other Microsoft Office applications;

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:-

Asist in the execution of the project assigned

Assist in the requisition of resources for the project such as labour, materials, equipment and others

Assist in handling / storing or materials / equipment’s

Supervise the performance of sub-contractors

Responsible for the delivery of items purchased for the project

Handle properly the hand over process of project to the customer when it is completed

Supervise subcontractor’s workers

Ensure safety practices are followed
