Job description

• Responsible for the planning, scheduling, development of sub-programs/ tracking programs for construction operations.
• Prepares Primavera P6, to monitor the progress and substantiate time and cost entitlements.
• Prepares contract programmes, including high-level summary programmes for presentation purposes.
• Reviews contract conditions so as to highlight onerous provisions, conflicts and discrepancies and to propose recommendations to mitigate risks.
• Monitors the progress of the construction programme and determines the delay events and their impacts.
• Assist with the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims, including presentations to clients.
• Prepares progress reports and progress audits, including S-Curves, progress trackers and programming health checks.
• Prepares detailed commissioning programmes.
• Prepares recovery programmes and presentations summarising key recovery strategies.
• Prepares baseline schedule which includes resource loading and cost loading.
• Provides advice on post-contract claims, reviews, disputes and litigation on programming.

Job requirements
