Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Project Manager performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following

1. Define the scope of the project in collaboration with consultant

2. Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project

3. Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project

4. Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the

activities

5. Review the project schedule with customers that will be affected by the project activities;

revise the schedule as required

6. Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its

completion

7. Execute the project according to the project plan

8. Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and

secured

9. Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the

successful completion of the project

10. Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project

11. Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to

ensure that it meets the project standards

12. Control the project

13. Write reports on the project for customers

14. Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality

15. Manage change request & escalation during the implementation

Qualifications

Education

• University Degree in a related subject

Professional Certification

• PMP

Experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

The BA Analyst is the primary contact in REC IT for SAP S/4HANA functional areas and its related integrations. This person is responsible to provide solutions for business needs & support day-to-day operations. It requires to work closely with other SAP Analysts & 3rd party vendors to propose solutions and align steps before execution.

A successful IT BA Analyst must have at least 3 years SAP (or other similar tools) experience in project implementation or in a support role in an end user environment.

Business Analysis & Support

• Resolve day-to-day business application operational issues & requests within SLA.
• Ensure day-to-day activities, projects / change requests are done in compliance with REC IT Control Policies & Procedures.
• Liaise with key users and Business Process Owners (BPO) to identify pain points and problem areas that require IT solution. Then capture specific requirements, propose cost effective solution, coordinate activities and implement.
• Prepare and maintain up to date business process flows, configuration documents, technical / functional specifications, test scenarios / case creation, conduct user acceptance testing & roll-out solutions.
• Establish rapport with end users from different departments, other IT members, and vendors to meet targets & KPIs.
• Submit required documents and reports as and when required.

• Understands that any given problem may have many good answers, therefore must know how to ask good questions that compel further discussion, research, collaboration and innovation.
• Is attentive to details and has good analytical skills to understand a wide net of interdependencies to be able to identify, clearly articulate, and proactively mitigate risks.
• Empathise with end users in their needs while also able to manage and align business requirements and IT goals.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business related with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Well-developed understanding and working experience on SAP (or any other ERP) modules such as PPE (Production Planning & Execution), MM (Materials Management), WM (Warehouse Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and TM (Transportation Management).
• Experience in SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) is preferred but not required, or experience in any other planning tool for Supply Chain Planning such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Netsuite, IBM, etc. will also be considered.
• Must be able to do basic configurations in SAP or whichever applicable ERP / planning tool.
• General knowledge in business processes associated with the use of SAP and comfortable with manufacturing business terms and concepts.
• Experience in Windows Environment, Visio, Power BI, and other document management / reporting tools.
• Integration experience with other legacy or 3rd party systems.
• Flexibility to meet company timelines and objectives.
• Self-starter that can thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Have a good sense of ownership.
• Good communication skills and ability to present in small to medium group settings.

Additional advantageous skills:

• Experience in operating an ERP System with integration to an MES System in a 24x7x365 manufacturing environment.
• Preferably at least one full cycle project implementation experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in SAP PO, LSMW, ABAP Query, ALV Reports and iDocs.
• Experience specific to S/4HANA environment and FICO area is advantageous

• Ensure the communication of CACIB in Singapore including organisation of client events, internal and external communication, in coordination with APAC and HO offices.

Strategy and Business Planning

• Support CACIB Singapore SCO on ad-hoc projects related to business and coverage management.
