Asset and Leasing Manager

You will report to Director, Real Estate Asset Management and supervise a team in managing a cluster of local and possibly regional assets. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Takes charge of full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting, presentation/demonstration of product, negotiation to closing.

2. 80% Farmer, 20% Hunter – with an extensive customer base in Singapore, the role requires long-term relationship building and customer engagement skills, in order to discover customer needs and identify the right solutions for them.

3. Masters our software / AI products and their use cases, and performs effective technical demos to customers and users.

4. Supports post-sales project success by working closely with stakeholders and implementation team to coordinate resources and resolve roadblocks.

The role will provide support to the Head of Actuarial STG APAC in relation to the origination, sale and delivery of actuarial consulting services to new and existing General Insurance clients in APAC.
