Qualifications Required:
• Minimum 5 years proven prior success in roles directly implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or Legacy Adaptive Insights.
• 5-7 years’ experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users.
• Huron requires a bachelor’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Singapore citizenship or holding Active Singapore PR is required.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
• Holds active Workday Certification (Adaptive preferred and Financials is added advantage).
• May consider candidates with prior experience implementing TM1 Cognos, Anaplan, or Oracle EPM solutions.
• Experience leading medium to large scale Adaptive Planning (or similar) implementation projects.
• Experience with Adaptive in both development and administrative roles.
• Experience with automation and integration of Adaptive.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel.
• Extensive knowledge FP&A processes and activities.
• Prior team management experience, experience managing people (mentoring, delegating, reviewing work, and coaching staff).
• Experience in pre-sales activities, proposal development, presentations, and Demo's.
• Willingness to attend and present at orals.
