Job Requirements

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential merger and acquisition opportunities within the designated region healthcare markets. Immediate plan: Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to assess market trends, competitor

Requirements

• 3 years of M&A experience (ideally in healthcare sectors.)
• Proven track record of success in developing new business within Asia Pacific markets.
• Project management skills and the ability to maintain focus on multiple assignments in a
  challenging environment.
• Strong understanding of M&A legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.

• Work closely with the Area Manager on strategic business planning and operations
