Coordination and Management of Speakers and Moderators (Pre-event & Onsite)

• Work with the client in inviting the various speakers and follow up with their requests and queries as and when they arise,
• Work with the client to attend to speakers’ needs and related requests for their presentations (including presentation slides)
• If necessary, liaise with speakers for high-resolution profile photos (in colour) and CVs for marketing and publicity purposes;

Production Detailed planning and production of the conference

• Conceptualise and oversee the management and execution of the event effectively throughout, from lead-up efforts to actual event and post-event for proper closure.
