Principal Accountabilities:

• Maintain the relationship between Building Management, Interior Design company and the Business, raising any building issues to the Interior Designer or Building Management as appropriate.
• Maintain relationship and escalate any feedback or issues with premises suppliers and providers such as Pest Control, Cleaning company and Plants/landscaping.
• Requisition, Procurement and monitoring of Office and Pantry supplies including name card and IT equipment ordering
• Assist with, supervise and monitor the daily scanning of all incoming mails, with saving of scans and notifying internal and external stakeholders according to internal processes. (Including collection of mails from the Postbox and monthly/quarterly mail redirection services)
