-Prepare all relevant documentations, schedules, presentations & mock-ups for projects
-Monitor ongoing projects and tracking
-Collaborate closely with the Sales, Design and Procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution. Provide support to sales and procurement teams for sourcing of materials if needed.
-Handle payroll, leave management, day to day operations.
-Manage work pass renewals, applications, cancellations, and levy waiver requests.
-Process monthly payroll, overtime, claims and allowances.
-Handle submission and processing of statutory payments and claims, including CPF, IR21, IR8A
-Attend to employees' enquiries regarding payroll and leave matters.
-Maintain accurate records in the HR system and employees' personal files
-Perform reconciliation (bank, inter-company accounts, accounts receivable).
-Monitor AR ageing report and follow up with the collection for non-payments, delayed payments and --other irregularities.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, renovation or construction industry
