Skills & Qualification:

• Minimum Certificate in Supply Chain/Purchasing/Materials/Logistics management

Analysts, Medical Writers and Project Coordinators share a similar level of responsibilities; however the roles do differ significantly in terms of daily duties.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide comprehensive support to a dedicated portfolio of clients, ensuring their investment needs are met and fostering long-term relationships.
• Actively seek and pursue new opportunities to grow the client base, contributing to the organization's overall expansion.
• Close collaboration with various internal teams to develop customized investment solutions that align with each client’s specific goals and preferences.
• Stay on current market trends, financial industry developments, and investment strategies to provide clients with informed, up-to-date advice and insights.

Requirements:

• An established network of accredited investors is required.
• Previous experience in investment management, financial planning, portfolio management, or similar fields.
• Proven track record in guiding clients through the investment process and effectively managing expectations.

Job duties:

• Dealing with project management reports such as collection & billing reports & meeting minutes
• Preparing claim including eligible claims, project contracts, and comprehensive claim documentation
• Negotiating claim & engaging with all related stakeholders to resolve potential disputes
• Settling claim to ensure proper documentation and tracking the payment process to make sure on the receipt of claim amounts
• Reviewing certifications for all related stakeholders
• Verifying, certificating, & tracking payment to ensure compliance, correct delivery of goods and right payment stages
• BCA workhead related duties
• Understanding AutoCAD drafting knowledge
