Job Purpose

The Project Coordinator (Site) shall assist and support the Senior Manager in coordinating and monitoring and arranging the site projects on-going, communicating between the office, workers, subcontractors and clients on site. Job Responsibilities

Job Description:

· Establish, develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients and candidates

· Understand job descriptions & shortlist / attract quality candidates

· Engage in active sourcing / headhunting to proactively source for suitable talent / candidates

· Conduct candidate interviews and manage the candidate/client interviews to ensure full service is provided to clients and candidates

· Work collaboratively with team to achieve sales target

Requirements:

· CEI certification

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in full cycle recruitment covering business development, client partnership, candidate attraction, sourcing, interviewing and placement of candidates

· Strong recruitment experience across different industries

· Excellent influential communications & leadership skills

What you will do:

• Lead Johnson Controls engagement with strategic customers in Asia Pacific region in the real estate, construction, and services sector, securing profitable orders growth, while driving the overall global account strategy and customer leadership engagement
• Drive Johnson Controls direction of growth strategy and key initiatives by leveraging existing relations and domain of knowledge in the built environment.

How you will do it:

• Develop a comprehensive account strategy covering key aspects of customer’s growth plan, Johnson Controls’ response with key initiatives, and overall engagement plan to drive growth.
• Own and deliver the quarterly sales targets covering orders and margin, across all lines of businesses within Johnson Controls.
• Position early during design stage by taking a solutions approach, to ensure customer needs are translated into a strong value proposition.
• Drive proposal competitiveness with engineering and country sales teams, injecting customer and market insights to ensure high win-rate.
• Build relations with key stakeholders at customer’s organization to position Johnson Controls as a preferred partner.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives around sustainability, net-zero as a service, digitalization, and solution development to take a holistic approach of engaging broader challenges in the marketplace, in a both sell-to- and sell-with motion to maximize customers’ strengths.
• Forge Master Service Agreements to drive technical and commercial standardization, across all businesses and countries.
• Partner with post-sales teams in project execution, program management and services to ensure customers get right support with highest NPS.
• Build and maintain account plan with monthly reporting at leadership level; constantly align with regional and global stakeholders.

What we look for:

• Minimum 8 years in front line sales, account management, proposals, engineering, and business development roles
• Minimum 5 years of experience working real estate industry with specific domain knowledge in building automation, fire and security or HVAC.
• Electrical contracting or technology background will be viewed favorably.
• Solutions selling mindset with a pragmatic approach of driving deal closure.
• Excellent English oral, written and presentation skills with ability to present to senior level executives as well represent the company at public or industry events.

Responsibilities

1. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements, expectations, and constraints
• Foster effective communication and alignment between different teams and departments involved in the project

2. Project Leadership:

• Lead a team of resources to successfully deliver technology projects related to police walkie talkie communication systems

3. Financial Management:

7. Proven Track Record:

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years project delivery and client relationship management in a technology environment
• Certifications in Project Management (PMP) would be beneficial to performing this role
• Working location is in Ang Mo Kio

Responsibilities:-

1. Develop and monitor production schedule to ensure deadlines are met.
2. Identify and address any issues that may arise during production with relevant departments.
3. Keep customers up-to-date on the progress of their orders.
4. Communicate with customers on enquires as and when required.
5. Coordinate customer inspection, delivery and collection arrangements.
6. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:-

1. Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline, with at least 2 years of related experience.
2. Ability to interpret BOM & Drawings.
3. Good knowledge of process operation sequences.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
5. Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills.
