Responsibilities
-Formulate and uphold the project schedule to efficiently manage project timelines and commitments
-Develop, monitor, and assess equipment and labor deployment plans for construction activities
-Create and update pre-construction and construction programs for the Project Management team
-Conduct monthly/weekly/daily project progress reporting tasks
-Provide information and aid in claims analysis using scheduling system capabilities for accurate construction activity depiction
-Define specific activities considering the Master Project Schedule, labor, material, and equipment availabilities throughout the project duration
-Evaluate actual weekly progress including Actual progress S-Curve & Manpower Histogram against the approved Baseline
-Schedule and predict weekly and monthly work, setting productivity targets
-Maintain Baseline Schedule, regularly update current schedule, and analyze proposed changes and additional activities' effects on the project using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project software
-Monitor project progress with a continuous improvement mindset, adjusting planned schedules according to site conditions and contractual obligations. Propose changes to management, especially in case of schedule variances
-Conduct periodic site inspections to verify actual progress and capture progress photos for documentation and management presentations
-Perform any other necessary duties
Requirements:
-Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering
-Certification in Primavera P6 Software Project Management
-3-5 years of Project Planning and Programme experience in the Construction Industry
-Experience with LTA / MRT projects advantageous
-Proficiency in Primavera Project Planning software P6 or Microsoft Project software and MS Office
-Strong communication and presentation abilities
-Experience in analysis, report writing, and preparation
