We seek a talented and motivated Project Engineer with a background in electrical or mechanical engineering, either as a bachelor's or polytechnic graduate and 2 to 5 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate will possess basic project management skills, familiarity with project management tools, and preferably have experience in the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) sector. Effective communication with all project stakeholders is essential, including clients, subcontractors, and the WaveScan team. The role also requires the ability to perform occasional engineering and troubleshooting work. Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

- Assist in the planning, executing, and monitoring of projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.

- Collaborate with the project team to set project goals and objectives.

2. Familiarity with Project Management Tools:

- Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage tasks, and report project status.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

3. NDT Sector Experience:

- Apply knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) principles and techniques to support project requirements.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of NDT procedures.

4. Stakeholder Communication:

- Effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and the WaveScan team to clearly understand project requirements and expectations.

- Provide regular updates on project status and address any concerns promptly.

5. Occasional Engineering and Troubleshooting:

- Perform occasional engineering tasks related to electrical or mechanical systems as needed.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or polytechnic diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

- 2 to 5 years of industry experience in a relevant engineering role.

- Basic project management skills and familiarity with project management tools.

- Experience in the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) sector is an advantage.

- Energetic and driven by personal motivation, reliable, and accountable

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Possesses a Class 3 driving license

- Required to undertake international travel for assignments

• Manage and maintain residential property sites as assigned.
• Conduct regular checks and inspection on grounds to ensure property is well maintained.
• Ensure building statutory requirements are complied with.
• Review and recommend replacement/improvement plans for managed sites.
• Provide essential customer service support to the residents and owners.
