• Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.

• Review, coordinate and execute approved contracts.

• Develop and oversee all budgets relating to the project.

• Analyse risks and opportunities through risk management.

• Oversee project procurement management.

• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that may arise.

• Act as the primary point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.

• Use PM tools to monitor project activities.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.

• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance.

Construction background is required.

Responsibilities

• Planning and Implementing of Electrical, lighting control system and Hotel Guestroom System
• Testing and commissioning of lighting control system and motion sensors
• Project Management

Requirements

• 1-2 years working experience in Electrical, Lighting / CCTV / building automation
• Working experience with Lutron, KNX Lighting Control Systems
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Information Technology/ Computer Science or equivalent
