• Application of flag state endorsements, Harbour craft licence renewal, etc, via MPA and Digiport, ensuring compliance with regulations of all relevant authorities and the certification of all vessels is maintained in accordance with the relevant Class and Flag State requirements
• To maintain the personnel files for all crew members and ensure all member files are comprehensive with current documentation of crew credentials that being updated accordingly in a timely manner
• To assist in planning and oversees the assignment of the officers and ratings for the fleet, crew change rotations, ensuring that rotations are executed in a timely basis, the vessels are properly manned and updated as per MPA requirements via Digiport
• Sourcing, recruitment and carry out initial interview of the ship crews
• Providing induction training/ orientation to all newly join ship crews
• Providing general support to the ship staffs and making schedule visits to vessels for crewing matters
• Any other fleet management related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management

Requirements

• Some relevant working experience in similar capacity.
• A team player and ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision
• Ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia and possess of Class 3 driving licence will be an advantage.
• Must be contactable 24/7 and be available to board the vessels as and when require.
• Proficient with computer software
• Strong sense of integrity, professionalism and good communication skills.

• Conduct cycle count by comparing physical stock take to the system and highlight and address abnormality.
• Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure they can be reconciled.
• Determine and make provision for slow moving & obsolete stocks in store.
• Tracking of near expiry stocks and highlight to MD .
• Manage reconciliation of damage stocks and aging stocks.
• Manage store transfer and stock adjustment effectively.
• Review the workflow and liaise with the respective department to in place preventive measures to reduce stock loss.
• Resolve any inventory issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare & Submit Weekly Inventory Report to MD
• Assist on internal and external annual audit stock take
• Other Ad Hoc projects or responsibilities as required.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
