Job responsibilities:

• Support to managment and project team & responsible for daily project site administrative works.
• Maintain proper project documentation and ensure accuracy of all status submissions to comply with project specifications and clients’ requirements.
• Prepare and track all project document submission, project schedule tracking, and resources control of all project activities.
• Monitoring the team to carry out project planning, design / sketch work site drawing, material requisition, cost control activities.
• Collecting job site photos & site work sketch records from supervisors for claim submission
• Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Process project claim by preparing all necessary documents & keep track of variation and claims of contract and cost impact.
• Follow up closely on all project claim till full completion / claims of work order.
• Prepare and generate daily progress report on timely manner
• Record Material In & Out in the inventory system or excel list.
• Prepare related quotations, purchase order, delivery orders and invoices.
• Assist on preparing correspondence including letters, faxes, minutes and memos.
• Able to prepare presentation slides using PowerPoint.
• Perform admin duties / tasks as and when required.
• Any other works as required by the Company from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any fields
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in construction industry with similar project claim capacity will be advantageous
• Able to work independently
• Proficient in auto cad (for project site drawings), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Good rapport skill, able to communicate with all level of personnel
• Ability to work in fast pace environment, meticulous and strong organizational skill
• Analytical and problems solving skills with particular attention to details
• Possesses excellent communication skills both written and verbal
