Job Summary
The ideal candidate would be an experienced enterprise salesperson with direct touch experience, demonstrating successful experience in the Contact Center or Contact Center as a Service areas. They will primarily be responsible for the business growth and selling of the CCaaS solution to enterprises or channel partners on their own, or by supporting the regional enterprise sales managers in APAC.

Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Contact Center as a Service market in APAC and establishing yourself as the trusted subject matter expert
· Hunt for new sales opportunities within existing APAC accounts and new prospects. Develop the strategic ones to sales closer independently and help the AudioCodes regional enterprise sales managers with closing the others
- Analyse and priorities partnership opportunities to support the sales efforts within existing vendors and resellers partners and new ones and cultivate them
- Identify new opportunities for lead generating marketing activities with partners or without them and work with the marketing department to execute them
- Generate new ideas for strategic and tactical improvements to our go to market in the APAC contact center market
- Meet or exceed annual and quarterly revenue, partner, and end customers targets
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in direct sales in the contact center space
- Intermediate technical contact center knowledge and a capacity to learn new technologies
- Creative, independent, and resourceful with overachiever track record
- Strong people’s skills, relationships builder. Able to deal professionally with different personality types and at different levels in prospect’s organizations
- Consultative selling style
- Teamwork, trust, and openness are key
- Fluent in English
