Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain large-scale data center infrastructure and facilities for continuous 24x7 operations in rotating shifts.

Job Description:

• Support continuous operation of data center infrastructure with 24x7 monitoring.
• Act as Level 1 escalation point for operational incidents, responding within SLA.
• Document all requests in the internal Web Portal ticketing system.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
• Implement safety, security, and customer support policies effectively.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and inspect completed work.
• Plan and execute preventive and reactive maintenance activities with minimal service disruption.
• Support internal and external audits and generate reports as needed.
