You will play an active role in identifying the needs of the children and to support their learning and holistic development through the following:

• Supervising and guiding the children with their homework

• Organising enrichment workshops that can help promote the overall development of the children

• Care and nurture a group of school-going children before and after school hours
• Engage, plan, and conduct programmes for children in the classroom and outdoor activities
• Provide homework supervision
• Ensure safety, healthy, and conducive environment
• Coach children in their mother tongue especially Chinese language will be preferred

Requirement

• Have a keen passion to work with children (age from 7 to 12 years old) and their families
• A team player and possess good communication skills
• Individual with at least 5 G.C.E ‘O’ level qualifications and familiar with Primary School’s syllabus
• Only Singaporeans/SPRs

Temp Student Care

Job scope:

- Ushering of students

- Look after students during break time

- Require to walk around the school when the lesson is on-going

- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by in-charge

- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

- Salary: $12 per hour

- Location: Orchard (Walking distance from Somerset MRT)

- Able to commit for at least 1 to 3 months

Job Criteria:

• Minimum GCE O Level
• 5-days week Monday to Friday, working hours between 12.30pm to 7.30pm
• Final package depends on working hours preferred, qualification and teaching responsibilities!

1. Adheres to principles and practice of infection control, health and safety

2. Ensures equipment is clean, safe and in good working order and reports any defects to those in charge:

- Checking and calibration of equipment

- Preparation of dialysis machine

- Removal of medical consumables items from dialysis machine

- Machine disinfection / Chair clean-up

- Weekly cleaning of dialysis chair and machines

- Labelling routine/adhoc blood test tubes

3. Replenishment of medical consumable items for daily usage including cleaning and preparing of working trollies, including of white bags preparation

4. Assists with pre/post dialysis specifications: weight, temperature and other vital signs of the patient

5. Crowd control and distribution of patient dialysis cards

6. Serves refreshments to patients

7. Reports incidents / accidents immediately to the person in charge

8. Participates in nursing shift handover sessions and continuous quality improvement projects

Requirements:

- Diploma in any discipline/ GCE 'A'/'O' Level/ Higher NITEC / NITEC

- Able to commit to 2 rotating shifts

- Able to work min. 6 months

Job Description:

Customer Care Ops

• Ensure quality and adherence to SOPs for case escalation and case management for client programmes
• Update and enhance current SOP to enhance workflow, increase efficiency and improve customer satisfaction
• Assist in training and upskilling of Customer Care agents provisioned for client programmes
• Measure and monitor customer satisfaction for escalated cases
• Coordination of regular meeting with stakeholders
• Assist to investigate and monitor status of key cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Engage with internal stakeholders on review of programme improvements for better customer experience

Programme Support (Logistics Support)

• Assist to monitor inventory level at Customer Care Centres and all Tracker Distributors
• Ensure no discrepancy in Customer Care Centres and all Tracker Distributors’ inventory.
• Perform reconciliation of tracker issuance and balance stock records, and to follow-up on all discrepancies.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of documentation and reports by Customer Care Centres and all Tracker Distributors, monitoring it on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as required.
• Support post app release issues and rectifications, solutioning
• Provide logistics support for the customer care area and all Tracker Distribution Channels

Others / Adhoc Duties

• You may be assigned to other adhoc duties by the department. This may include supporting other administrative work.

Working Arrangement: Mondays to Fridays

Salary: $11-17/H (Depending on experience and qualifications)

Location: Near Outram Park MRT

Working Hours:

8.30am to 6pm (Monday to Thursday)

8.30am to 5.30pm (Friday)

Contract Duration: 6 Months
