RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Management Executive to join our Digital Innovation and Technology (DIT) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Assist in the timely billing of accounts
• Maintain a filing system for account receivable records
• Assist in balancing daily transfer to city ledger and post, edit and update to accounts receivable system

POSITION SUMMARY

Greet and escort guests to rooms. Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property. POSITION SUMMARY

Assist staff with expediting problem payments (e.g., problems processing credit card). Follow up with guest regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues. Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Set up accurate accounts for each guest upon check-in (i.e., sharewiths, separate room/tax/incidentals, comp). Anticipate sold-out situations and obtain satisfactory alternative accommodations when the property cannot accommodate guests with reservations. Block rooms in the computer and identify designated requirements and requests. Your role

As an Oracle Applications Business System Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the entire Oracle applications, working closely with business stakeholders, working with service partners, tracking incidents, and streamlining the release and deployment process. This person should be able to track ongoing development, support activities, scheduling, and coordinating releases for Oracle and boundary applications. The releases can be inclusive of application releases, operating system patches, security improvements, hardware upgrades, Projects, and Programs.
